REALTY WORLD Mays & Associates specializes in the professional development of both new licensees and experienced agents. Our approach to management is based on consistency, accountability and training. Preparation is the key to a successful real estate career.
REALTY WORLD Mays & Associates is a certified mentor for the Buffini Company 100 Days To Greatness Program. New licensees who join REALTY WORLD Mays & Associates are enrolled in this 14 week program which promotes 2 pending and 1 closed transaction by the end of the first 100 days in the business. Classes are held weekly and the agents are accountability partners for weekly activities by using a score card of marketing activites and appointments. New licensees are given hands-on guidance and assistance during their first listing appointments and their first buyer appointments. There is a member of the leadership team available to assist with every phase of the transaction during the learning process.
All members of the team are requried to take the courses offered by The REALTY WORLD Academy, basic marketing courses, including business development, internet marketing, database management, listing systems, and other marketing strategies. On-line courses are available through the REALTY WORLD e-Academy, which allows the agent to complete the training via a webinar from the comfort of home or office at no charge.
Each agent at REALTY WORLD - Mays & Associates works from a business plan and is expected to set tangible goals and implement strategies for reaching those goals. Agents are held accountable to first themselves and their families, and then to the Company. To be a person of integrity means to do what you say you will do. This paradigm is based on our values of professionalism, productivity, and financial responsibility. Real Estate sales is a business, and we expect and support each agent by creating the environment where they can be successful.
Agents at REALTY WORLD Mays & Associates are encouraged to participate in the REALTY WORLD Lifetime Income Program, where they have the opportunity to share in the company dollar revenue for attracting, coaching, and mentoring other agents to the Company. There are flexible compensation plans which are based on a minimum standard of an annual company dollar contribution.
Whether you are a new licensee or an experienced agent, our goal is for you to become a real estate champion. If you are considering a career in real estate, you must complete 96 hours of pre-licensing education and then sit for the Kentucky State Examination. There are many venues for completing these 96 hours, one of which is taking 60 hours on-line through the Kentucky Association of Realtors, www.kar.com . Once you pass the exam and your license is issued, you have 60 days to affiliate with a Company. When you join the agents at REALTY WORLD - Mays & Associates, you will participate in weekly training and be given support and assistance with your customers and clients. We are with you every step of the way.
The offices of REALTY WORLD Mays & Associates are located at 2357 Huguenard Drive, just off Lowry Lane at Nicholasville Road. Our 3800 sq ft of professional office space provides multiple conference rooms, a large technology center, and agent library. Our support staff includes a full-time Marketing Director, a Transaction Coordinator, and Director of Customer Care. We have created the environment where you can be successful.

From New Circle Road, exit at Nicholasville Road, and proceed north toward Lexington. Approximately 2 miles, turn left at the stoplight onto Lowry Lane and proceed past the Kroger Store to Huguenard Drive. Turn left on Huguenard. Turn right into the office parking lot. 2357 is the building on the left.
